First impressions do count and the first thing a tenant will see when coming to inspect your property is the front yard. Create a welcoming space by ensuring it is neat and tidy. Trim any trees or hedges, weed the gardens, mow the lawn, clean gutters, wash the outside of the house etc.

From door handles to chipped tiles now is the perfect time to thoroughly inspect your property and replace or repair any issues. A minor repair today could save you spending a lot more on bigger problems in the future!
ADD VALUE INSIDE
If you can afford it why not complete some minor renovations to increase appeal to tenants? Maybe your kitchen or bathroom needs revamping? Modernising these areas is a great long term investment and you’ll thank yourself later! If you’re not looking to renovate an entire space why not try a fresh coat of paint, modern light switches and fittings or new handles.
