Lodging Maintenance

Please note the following for how to deal with maintenance requests:

 

EMERGENCY

Call the office or property managers mobile and maintenance gets dealt with as a priority.

Examples of emergency maintenance include: hot water system, electricity not working, oven, water leak, storm damage that is ruining property etc.

 

URGENT (DUE IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS)

Email to the property manager, with supporting photo/s.

Examples of urgent maintenance include: air con, fences with kids or pets, major electrical, dripping taps, garage door not closing, property security issues, pests- cockroaches, eas, spiders not caused by the tenant etc.

 

NON-URGENT

Leave list at the routine inspection.

Examples of non-urgent maintenance include: door stop broken, door latch not working, hole in wall, gutters full etc.
