WHITE IS ALWAYS RIGHT
If you’re thinking of sprucing up your home with a fresh coat of paint you can never go wrong with white! While some may think it’s boring, white can set a very dreamy, open, airy & whimsical tone. It’s also matches everything and is the perfect blank canvas for further styling. While you may be thinking white is white, right? There are actually many shades for example cooler whites give off some blue, warmer whites throw yellow and then there’s some in between. So make sure you grab a few sample pots to find the perfect shade for you!
LAYERS UPON LAYERS
Layering is making a comeback and is an important style element this spring! An easy way to layer any room in the home is with cushions. Cushions are an easy, quick and affordable way to transform and update the entire vibe of the home. Try using different shapes, sizes and textures. Layering is also moving beyond just fabrics, furniture placements and finishes are becoming an on going trend. Luxe finishes such as marble, timber and brass detailing are all key trends this spring.

IT’S ALL ABOUT SCENTS
It’s a no brainer that springtime is all about scent, especially in the home. When creating an interior environment, it isn’t just about colour and texture but appealing to all the senses. Did you know your sense of smell is powerful in terms of affecting your mood? Candles and of course flowers are both great ways to set different moods in your home quickly and purposefully.

GO BOLD WITH GREENERY
The indoor plant trend has landed already but its staying this spring and becoming bolder! Taking greenery to the next level with vertical gardens inside the home is a hot trend this spring. You can never go wrong with a bit of greenery and if you’re looking for low maintenance, faux succulents are making a comeback. When you think of faux you may think of tacky but some of the most popular plants now happen to look faux! Top brands have also found more lifelike ways to create them so keep an eye out.
